Former Birmingham City owners David Sullian and David Gold have completed the takeover of Premier club West Ham United.
Both Sullivan and Gold are boyhood West Ham United fans, and are thought to have gained control of the east London club with a 50% shareholding.
David Sullivan told Sky Sports News of his delight at finally sealing the deal.
He said: “West Ham is the club we always wanted to own.”
It is understood that funds will be available to West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola in the current January transfer window, whilst Sullivan also confirmed Karen Brady will be vice-chairman of the club.
